In this research we survey the Islamic legislations related to attached twins. The importance of this research can be depicted in the following. Firstly there are so many cases where there is a need for legislations to govern the integrati on of the twins in the society and to help taking the right decision during the separation process. Secondly to show how Muslim scholars considerably dealt with this problem across the different eras. Thirdly studying such problems can build the scholars 222 Fiqh talent and can help training them dealing with recent issues. This research consists of unprecedented the abstract the introduction two sections that treat different twins cases the conclusion the reference section. In the abstract we introduce the attached twins problem and the reasons the twins are born the way they are supporting our discussion with real examples. The first section is dedicated for the scientific issues of the attached twins. In the second section we survey many twins cases from the different Fiqh main sources and describe how scholars this research.
